This mobile application ECTO (the “App”) is owned and operated by S.S. Solutions, a proprietorship firm (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Registration and Account

To use our Services, You must register for and maintain an active personal user account (“Account”).
The Registration Data provided by You must be accurate, complete, and current.
The App is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

2. The Software and Services

The App connects users seeking transportation with independent third-party auto-rickshaw drivers. The Company is a technology platform and does not provide transportation services. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees.

3. Payment

Fares are estimated on the App. Final fares may vary based on distance, tolls, and taxes. Payments are made directly to the Driver in cash or via electronic gateways like UPI or Razorpay through the App.

4. License Grant & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You shall not reverse engineer, resell, or launch automated scripts (bots/spiders) against the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP IS FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the competent courts in KAITHAL, Haryana, India.
